Thank you very much to all those who supported the first Capital Region BOLD! The event was very well attended for both shows and the BOLD Red Tent. We drew attention to the issue of maternity care, and over $2000 was raised for BirthNet.
We still have BOLD merchandise available for those interested, including T-shirts, Tote Bags, Caps, and Buttons all with the theme "My Body Rocks!" Some items are dated for this year's event, which makes a wonderful memento and a terrific message for the pregnant and nursing women in your life and a reminder to all women. Our Bodies Rock!!!!
Thank you again to our cast, crew, production crew, and volunteers as well as Karen Brody and the BOLD team.

What would happen if women told the truth about childbirth in America?
